Where a refund is to be made we will process the order back to the credit card or debit account that was used. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to process.

We take great care in packing our products. If your product arrives and is faulty we will offer a full refund as long as you provide adequate evidence of fault within 24 hours of receiving your product. We will then offer an exchange in this case with free postage.

Small – 52mm x 65mm, holds 50g, burn time, 15- 20hrs

Large –  85mm x 100mm, holds 285 grams, burn time, up to 50 hrs

Extra large – 98mm x 110mm, holds 400 grams, burn time, up to 80 hrs

We do not exchange or refund if you change your mind. Not sure what fragrance to get?? Try one of our sample packs, That way you get to try 3 fragrances before choosing one the larger sized candles. If you have any questions, please reach out via the contact page, or email me directly.

Our policy is that under no circumstances do we sell or give away any information you provide us with to any other outside parties. All your details provided through our online store or email are kept in the strictest confidence. Your information is limited to our company only for filling out your candle orders.
