All goods are dispatched from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and are delivered by Australia Post

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 days during busier periods such as Christmas.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via Australia Post and it will arrive within 10 business days. If you have not received your order during this time, please email info@beachhousecandleco.com.au
